Another player has just played his last game for the season, James came off injured today after his knee collapsed under him early on in the game.
He has been to casualty tonight and has been told he has damaged the main ligament which joins his knee cap to his tibia, the ligament has been ripped off and has chipped away a piece of bone with it, Therefore he wont play for some time.

Had james at fracture clinic for 3 and a half hours today, they arent sure yet if the ligament is fully detached so we are back tomorrow for an MRI scan so they can fully determine the damage.
If it shows he has torn it away completely we have been told he will definately need an operation to wire and screw the leg,and it will be put in a pot, which he will wear for 6 weeks. We are back at hospital again for the clinic on thursday and we will hopefully have the results by then if not tomorrow, so by the end of the week we should know the worst.
We asked the doctor this morning how long he will be out of action for and he said no physical exercise for AT LEAST 3 months, which means he will have to sit out this season for sure.
james has been back at HRI good news, injury not as bad as first thought, he doesnt need his leg brace or crutches and has been told to rest leg for about a month.
